Preview & Approval (1–4 days): You'll receive a digital preview by email within a few days. We only move forward once you're completely happy with the design. 3. Unlimited Revisions: Need changes? No problem. You can request revisions until the artwork feels just right. 4. Production (1–3 days): Once approved, your item goes into production and is carefully prepared for shipping. 5. Shipping & Delivery: Your order is securely packaged and shipped.

Can I include multiple people or pets on one product?

Yes! The number of pets depends on the product type: Hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts: up to 4 people/pets. Mugs and caps: up to 2 people/pets. Kids' items: 1 person/pet. If you have a special request or are unsure what works best, feel free to contact us and we'll gladly assist.

Can I see the design before purchasing?

Because each piece is custom-made, we're unable to provide previews before an order is placed. That said, your satisfaction is guaranteed — we offer unlimited revisions and only move forward with production once you've fully approved the design. What's the turnaround time?
