1. Place Your Order
After you place your order, our artists begin creating a custom design based on the photo you submit.

2. Preview & Approval (1–3 days)
After placing your order, you’ll receive a digital preview by email. Preview in 24–48h (usually faster). Simply follow the instructions. You can request any changes or simply approve the design once you're happy with it. We only move forward once you’re completely happy with the design.

3. Unlimited Revisions
Need changes? No problem. You can request revisions until the artwork feels just right.

4. Production (1–3 days)
Once approved, your item goes into production and is carefully prepared for shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery (3-5 days)
Your order is securely packaged and shipped. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Typical total timeframe: 7–12 business days from order date (depending on how quickly the design is approved).

During periods of exceptionally high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other peak seasons), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Your design preview arrives in 1–3 days — and we don't produce anything until you love it. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

That said, your satisfaction is guaranteed — we offer unlimited revisions and only move forward with production once you’ve fully approved the design.

Yes! The number of pets depends on the product type:

  • Hoodies, sweatshirts & t-shirts: up to 4 people/pets
  • Mugs & caps: up to 2 people/pets
  • kids’ items: 1 people/pet

If you have a special request or are unsure what works best, feel free to contact us and we'll gladly assist. Please note: the more people/pets you include, the smaller each one will appear in the design.

For best results, we recommend:

  • Using a photo with good lighting
  • Taking the picture at eye level
  • Choosing a clear, close-up image
  • Avoiding blurry photos
  • Making sure important features (like ears or facial details) aren’t cut off

Once your order is placed, our team reviews every photo carefully. If there’s any issue, we’ll reach out to you by email right away.

At the moment, each embroidered design is created using a single thread color.

We don’t currently offer multi-color embroidery, but this approach allows us to achieve a clean, timeless look that works beautifully across our products.

Free shipping available during promotions.

Non-continental locations: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 12–21 business days.

Delays: If we are aware of any delays affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

In most cases, all items in your order are shipped together.

However, depending on the products ordered or production timing, items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

At this time, we ship to the United States.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

For added flexibility, we also may offer installment payment options through Klarna and Afterpay.

All payments on Lovedink are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer unlimited revisions and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

We won’t move forward with production or shipping until you’ve fully approved the design.

If you feel a different photo would work better, we’re happy to update the artwork for you.

Our team is committed to refining your design until you’re completely happy with the final result.

As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is any issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us. Our Lovedink team will review the case, may request supporting evidence (such as photos), and will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Because all Lovedink products are custom-made, orders cannot be edited or fully canceled once placed.

If you decide to cancel before the design process is completed, we may offer a partial refund, with a $25 design fee deducted to cover the work already done.

Please note that digital-only products are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement for you. Please contact us on support@lovedink.com.
