Because all items are custom-made from your photo, we do not accept returns for change of mind, we only accept returns for defective items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and may offer one of the following solutions:
• replacement of the item
• partial refund
• store credit
Returns of the physical item are generally not required.
If you notice any mistake in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lovedink.com.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before artwork production begins.
If your order is canceled after our team has started working on your custom artwork, a $25 Artwork & Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund to cover work already completed.
Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- personal preference
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
To request help, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the issue
- a short description of the problem
In most cases, replacements or refunds are processed without requiring the item to be returned.
Digital Products
Digital products that have already been delivered are not eligible for refunds.
Additional Artwork Changes
If you request a new artwork from a different photo after the original has already been started, an additional fee may apply, as the drawing process must be started from scratch.
Not Receiving Emails From Lovedink?
Please make sure the email address you entered at checkout is valid, as you must approve your artwork before we can begin production.
If you haven’t received any email from us within 7 business days, please:
- check your spam/junk folder
- contact us at support@lovedink.com
If you receive no reply within 48 business hours, it’s possible our messages are being blocked. Please reach out using a different email address so we can resend your digital proof.
Additional Information
We offer revisions during the proof stage to make sure you love the final design before production.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Whenever possible, we will inform you in advance of any delays we are aware of. Shipping times shown on the website are estimates only, and some orders may arrive sooner or take longer depending on the carrier and destination.
