Yes! The number of pets depends on the product type:

• Hoodies, sweatshirts & t-shirts: up to 4 people/pets
  
• Mugs & caps: up to 2 people/pets
  
• kids’ items: 1 people/pet
  

If you have a special request or are unsure what works best, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly assist.

Because each piece is custom-made, we’re unable to provide previews before an order is placed.

That said, your satisfaction is guaranteed — we offer unlimited revisions and only move forward with production once you’ve fully approved the design.

• Design Preview (1–4 business days):
  After placing your order, you’ll receive a digital preview by email within 1 to 4 business days.
• Production (1–3 business days):
  Once you approve the design, production usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
• Shipping (3–5 business days):
  After production, your order is carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days
