Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Lovedink.com (the “Site”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Site is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Access to the Site
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are violated or if we believe there is a legal, security, or operational risk.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
By placing an order, you authorize Lovedink to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your region.
The total shown at checkout includes all applicable costs, including delivery fees and any required taxes.
Payment must be completed in full before production or dispatch.
5. Production and Shipping
Products are produced locally in the United States.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance or external factors.
Ownership of the products transfers once full payment has been received.
6. Custom Products, Cancellations, and Refunds
All Lovedink products are custom-made.
Orders generally cannot be edited or canceled once placed.
If design work has started but production has not yet begun, we may offer a partial refund, less a fixed design fee of $25 per design.
Once production has started, refunds are not available.
Digital products delivered by email are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
7. Product Information
Product descriptions and specifications are provided on the Site.
Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and production processes.
8. Customer Content
Customer photos or images are used for promotional purposes only when voluntarily shared after delivery (for example, via email or social media).
No additional personal data is included in promotional materials.
9. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant.
By using the Site, you acknowledge the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with an order, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it.
Fraudulent or unfounded chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovedink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Products and services are provided “as is,” except where warranties are required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
